The Legal Practice Council regulates the fees that conveyancers are entitled to charge. These Cost Guidelines are issued annually, and the fees are calculated according to the value of the property and/ or bond. See cost tab.

Our clients are from all parts of the world and as conveyancers we are not bound to any jurisdiction area and therefore register transfers and bonds in all the deeds offices of South Africa.
Four of our Attorneys, including our director, Tania Schaefer, are all admitted Notaries of South Africa and may authenticate any legal document signed in South Africa to be utilized overseas.
