Before entering full-time legal practice, Morné served as a Full Lieutenant in the South African Army, where he developed leadership, discipline, operational planning, and decision‑making skills.

With almost 30 years of experience in property law, Tania is widely recognised as a leading conveyancer and notary, known for her meticulous drafting, in-depth knowledge of complex property legislation, and unmatched practical problem-solving ability. Her expertise spans the full property spectrum: residential and commercial transfers, sectional title schemes, notarial bonds, waivers, exclusive-use cessions, bespoke development documentation, instalment sale agreements, estate transfers, and high-stake transaction structuring. Tania also provides specialist training to property practitioners, developers, and legal professionals nationwide.

Amy completed her LLB degree while working as a paralegal at a reputable law firm in Port Elizabeth. Upon completion of her LLB, she commenced her articles of clerkship. Amy was admitted as an Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer in 2020 and obtained the position of Associate. In 2025, Amy was promoted to the board of directors at Schaefer Incorporated. With 13 years of experience in the legal industry, Amy has extensive knowledge in property law and conveyancing.
